Pocket Money to Debit Card
Imagine an 8-year-old receiving their first digital card—not to spend impulsively, but to learn how to earn, save, give, and grow.
Treasure wasn’t just an app; it was a mission to embed financial literacy into early childhood, helping families turn everyday money moments into lifelong lessons.
During their Techstars cohort, the Treasure team approached us with a bold challenge:
Build a mobile-first fintech product for tweens, earn the trust of their parents, and be pitch-ready in just 12 weeks.
To succeed, they needed:
- A dual-mode app experience for both kids and parents
- A playful yet trustworthy brand language
- A story-driven website to raise capital and build community

Our Process
Beyond flows and visuals, we crafted emotionally intelligent moments—tiny experiences that create pride, trust, and learning through action. Like the quiet joy of a child donating ₹10 to a cause, or hitting their first savings goal.
- Created interfaces that speak differently to a 10-year-old and their parent—yet connect through shared goals and moments of pride.
- Turned abstract financial concepts into friendly, interactive visuals that make kids feel in control and excited about money.
- Designed flows that earned parents' trust while giving kids autonomy—every step carefully balanced between clarity and delight.
- Delivered a vibrant yet grounded visual language that scaled across app, marketing, and product—making the experience feel familiar and safe.
- Built a website that didn’t just explain features—it told a story of why financial literacy starts at home, winning over both users and investors.

Design That Raised Capital
What started as a startup idea turned into a funded fintech movement:
- $185K raised
- Website launched on Webflow
- App demoed with Visa integration
Lesson: Great design doesn't just guide users. It convinces investors, inspires trust, and builds the future—one digital coin at a time.
